Weight Loss Day 14

So the first day of Week 3 and I weighed in at 14 stone 2.4lb which means I have lost 4.8lb which is 2.4lb per week I am happy with that so far. I have 2.4lb to lose by the end of this month so if I keep this pace up that will be reasonably easy. I have a total of 45.2lb to lose in 47 weeks which means my weekly goal has reduced from 1.2lb a week to 0.96lb a week.
Or 1.4lb a week if I won't to hit my final goal by my holiday in May 2019 (I am not expecting to hit that)
My Calories for today are:
Breakfast - Sausage and Omelette Roll -460 calories
Drinks - Mocha and Flat White - 237 calories
Lunch - Southern Fried Chicken Wrap - 455 Calories
Dinner - Sausage Casserole - 492 Calories
Total Calories - 1644
Macros - 39% Carbs, 42% Fat, 19% Protein
The fat is way too high!!!
I am not expecting a good weigh in tomorrow but according to my fit bit I am in my healthy range of calories so fingers crossed!

@Shellyjane That's great to hear, and I definitely understand! I have a hard time with the holidays so I gave up till the new year.
