I am sorry, I never made it back yesterday. I was online a little bit, but also went to bed. I slept eleven or twelve hours. That was to make up for missing sleep night before last to go to the ER. Hubby is feeling okay. Started some MORE new medicine. He will see primary care tomorrow. This afternoon I will have coffee or such with a friend. I think it will be a pretty day one more time. If so, I am working on outdoor things. It is not seven in the morning yet, so I do not see any sun. I just picked a random image from my collection here and will edit in a minute to see what more it says. It is a Christmas Craft I have always intended to make. Maybe I will this year. It is an ornament.

That is really unusual for me. Six hours is about my average.

There are some lifestyle changes we need to make that we suspect will help.Like not sitting so much. Not using a heating pad. Eating more vegetables that are healing. Get more sunshine.

@LadyDuck We eat both. Sometimes fruit is handier.

@GardenGerty Sitting too much is bad, I try to get up from my chair every hour and move around the house. For the moment no sunshine, but during the better season we both walk in the morning. My husband eats a lot of vegetables, I prefer fruits.

We went to the emergency room for about three hours the other night and got very little sleep because of hubby having health problems. I hope you had a good trip.
