The Journey of Life

The journey of life is filled with surprise, some of which will open your eyes. Some are good and some are bad, everything from being happy to sad. The key to life is to learn; from the experiences and remain firm. Never give up when some are bad, they will make you stronger and you'll be glad. Share the journey of life to those that are young, maybe they'll learn from what you have done. Hope and strength will see you through, no matter what it is that you do.

I had my childhood in South East England. I have one sister five years older than me. My parents got divorced when I was aged 10 to 11 years old. I went to live in Finland when I was 18 years old. I worked for a family and when my placement ended I travelled home on an Inter Rail Pass. I was able to visit different countries on the way. I wished to visit more countries when I got older. I am able to travel with my two children now. I had a struggle learning how to drive a car. I finally passed my practical driving test in 2010.

Very good poem Nanette. It is sad that young people never listen. We must make our own mistake to understand.

I just loved what I read. I love the rhyming, the meaning, and the vocabulary. It is completely understandable. I totally agree with the meaning of this post. I love when you say that the key to life is to learn from experiences, I feel so relate to that because I haven been through tough times, despite I have worked hard to achive some things I have failed, but then stood up. Thanks for sharing such an encouraging post like this. :)
