No, I Didn't Go to the Pool Today

It's almost 5 AM. I've been up since 1 AM. I was of two minds about the pool, however, my body won. I'm having a hard time walking today, so I'm staying home. I know it's the coming weather system. I'll be glad when it passes and my body will not be in so much pain. My right knee is really bad this morning. Yesterday, I used the ramp instead of stairs. I should have stayed home then too. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
I did a lot of scanning this morning of photos from the box of pictures that used to be my parents. Here is an early picture of my family. It's me, my brother, and Mom holding my sister.
Right now I don't know what plans I have for today. I might be lazy. That would be a change.

I've been working on this book since February. I was ready to publish when I got a publisher and found myself editing again. I'm glad I didn't publish it when I was going to. It's much better now, and when the publisher is finished with it, it will be even better.
Thank you. Not having any plans for today is different. Maybe I'll watch Christmas movies.

I was guessing that the older girl was you as I see your face there. Course all you kids might resemble each other. I was going to take another look at your brothers face but there's a huge add on my phone that's hard to scroll around, so I changed my mind.
You deserve a lazy day. Your book is done and your body needs to rest. It also sounds like you need to get some sleep too. Have you ever tried something like icy hot creams for your back?
I'm curious about your storm system and whether the ones related to snow bother you too or just rainy days? If the snow then you should be ecstatic about that if it's snow on the forecast. It's too bad it makes us hurt though. Those systems bother my sinuses more than anything

@just4him good for you and the nap. I got that same amount last night not because I was tired but more because I ate a bit to much and my stomach wasn't happy with me.

It's any kind of weather system. It starts in on me a couple of days before it gets here and then I'm pain-free when it arrives. I checked the forecast - it's going to miss us almost completely. We'll get some rain out of it but no snow. 
I bought Icy Hot and tried it once for my back. It didn't do anything for it. I even tried it on my knees and that didn't do anything either.
Thank you. I'm looking forward to just relaxing today. I did get a 3-hour nap after I posted this.

It's raining here at the moment and it's 2:09 in the morning.
I'm still not sleepy after watching Aquaman online. Earlier today, I and the boyfriend went out for some dinner and a little window shopping in some Bodega Sale in the city.

I like to see old pics like that..The only formal portrait of sis and I when we were kids is the two of us in matching outfits..with me smiling brightly, and she looking like she was about to cry. Apparently, she had been crying earlier, and just looked slightly pouty in the picture.

Plans fell through for shopping as I couldn't get to where I was going and home on the bus before the expected rain was due (and hasn't come through yet. I am fixing to put color on my hair shortly after sis calls to see what we need tonight ( don't want to be in the middle with glove hands and the mixture on it putting it on my hair) to have it hopefully looking nice for our Christmas celebration at fellowship Friday. Also need to work on the song I will be doing .
