Happy Thursday Everyone!
It's a sunny start to the day here but the forecast is a bit unsettling. Later today we are expecting quite a bit of rain and flooding overnight. Of course all this is much better than snow because that would just add up to too many inches this close to Christmas. Call me Scrooge but I'm not a fan of a white Christmas. It can snow all it wants afterwards.
My daughter is home again today and missing another day of work. She's doing a bit better but whatever virus she has really is nasty. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that I don't catch it.
The ironic part of this is I have the car today but no place to go. Why is it that on days she works I think about all the places I could go and now that she's home and the car is here I don't have any place I need to go.
Anyway, that's life in my little corner of the myLot world.

Just doing the usual..I may get some Xmas cards today..as the ones I found don't have envelopes. I think I will toss them.

Hi, Marilyn! It was supposed to rain all day, but after a morning sprinkle, the sun is shining and it’s a breezy 79. If I celebrated Christmas, I’d love it to be a white one. All but our sports car are great in the snow, even the one in Florida!

New here is the snow - though I should say 'was' as it has almost gone after the sun shone almost all day. Thank goodness!
