This morning was just one of those things that happens.I did go back to sleep and while I slept it rained, by the time I got back out of bed, 4 hours later, the sun was peeking out. I fixed lunch for me and Tony, then I went outside. I stayed outside till dark, it was so nice and warm, it was predicted to be 58 degrees. I just walked 10 laps today because it a so late and I wanted to do more outside. I put the rhubarb into the ground that I had in a flower pot and put the eggplants into bigger containers. I picked up trash, you know that trash that just appears, the trash that is not yours. I took the house trash out and I loaded up all the recyclables. I also loaded up few things I packed up, not sure I want them anymore, I will sell it on Craig`s list more than likely. Now I rest before I head into town to drop the stuff off. How was your day?

It sounds like you had a busy day! My day was lovely! We went to church, then to a friends house, and now we're waiting for friends to come over for Bible study and game night! :)

@andriaperry I know you do. But I suppose at the end of the day life's too short to waste it away slouching around all day.

The ground is so hard that it's impossible to plant anything right now, the temperature is 23 F (-6 C) in the morning.

I sell things on letgo.com. Right now no one is buying my stuff on site. Seems you had a busy day and enjoyed sleeping in a bit! That's so nice to be able to sleep in. My day is going very good. Going to go home in a little bit and do my life ins. shopping after Christmas.

My day is not quite over yet. Yes, I have some of that trash too. I had hubby wrap the pumpkin pie bars, and I wrapped the cheese ball. They will go to the car tonight, then no chance to forget them. Free refrigeration as it will be in the 20's tonight.

Our temperature was below zero F and so I really had to bundle up when I went out. Thankfully I only had to walk for 10 mins to get to where I was going. However it was sunny and so I was glad to see the sun.

The morning was spent finishing decorating and wrapping presents for my friends. To keep me busy and my mind off what it should not think about they have made me chief cook and bottle washer for tomorrow. My friend and I both have the tradition of opening presents on Christmas Eve so tomorrow I finish cleaning up the house, roast the leg of lamb and tongue hanging out of mouth settle down by the Christmas tree Hope you have a very Merry Christmas. I just got my copy of my book today. It was such a euphoric feeling I almost did the dance of joy.

You should do a dance of joy, I know I would! We used to always open gifts on the eve too. Not many people left in the family now to do that. Merry Christmas.

My day was good. Church this morning. Ran the dishwasher while I was at church. Watched the Packers win against the Jets, read several chapters of Thread of Evidence before and after. Now I'm here until I go to bed.
