in my city, Solo, we still have train which pass in the mid of the city to another city, beside the main road. it is legacy of the Dutch era and the last active track in Indonesia.
because the city is crowded, the train runs so slow, really slow, until you can run after it. it is more for tourism than transportation.

I like your photo of the train that is more for tourism than transportation. I am glad that the train runs slowly due to the crowded streets. It is interesting it is a legacy of the Dutch era. I live around 20 minutes walk from my local train station which has 2 platforms.
