The Fast Way to Diet

Now I am getting tired because I run at noon at 2:00 p.m. Because I want a fast and healthy diet, and this is all I can do What do you think about this?

if it is not so hot there in your place, i think running from 12 noon to 2 PM is okay. but during summer, i think that is not good especially if it is scorching hot.

Walking is enough to exercise, if you have a place where you can swim, it's better than running.

Exercise is good, but also watching what you eat. Eat smaller meals and try to eat more healthy, but allow occasional junk food to keep you from craving it too much.

I have said that I did it for a fast diet, because when we run during the day, it will burn all the fat that is in our body, and I need to emphasize, all types of exercise are very good for health.
