Do you practice Yoga or any kinds of meditation to bring back your positive energy?

While looking for videos to watch in Youtube I saw the videos of meditation. The video just shows a photo of a monk meditation on top of the mountain, and in the background is a sound "OM," which has been repeated for 1111 times. Just like the others who commented on that video, listening to it makes me feel relax and somehow gives me unexplainable feeling of being close to heavenly bodies.

@annierose Yes, but they are soft exercises to help to relax, to breath and to allow positive energy to flow.

@annierose Yes, I agree, every one like to eat something hot and make them warm. That is why many are gaining weight during winter season.

I always crave for food to eat when it is cold. Sleeping is also a good choice.

Not to bring back positive energy but for health. Yoga poses is good for internal organs. But its' highly important that if you're doing it for the first time, it should be done with a professional yogi.

I haven't tried it yet. So, it means it is not advisable to study Yoga just by watching Youtube tutorial videos on Yoga, right?

@toniganzon You are right. Actually, I stopped doing some exercises because I was afraid it might harm my back more. I have a dextroscoliosis.

@annierose Never. You can only do that once you've learned the basic from a professional yogi. There's a risk you might not be doing it right and harm yourself. Except when it's just mediation and breathing exercises.
