Reminds me of one of the scrolls in the book https://amzn.to/2BWyYTg "The Greatest Salesman in the World": 'I will laugh at every occurrence--good or bad--because of this one fact---a fact true of every event in all eternity: This Too Shall Pass.
The other nine scrolls' statements?
Today I begin a new life.
I will greet this day with love in my heart.
I will persist until I succeed.
I am nature's greatest miracle.
I will live this day as if it is my last.
Today I will be master of my emotions.
I will laugh at the world (for This Too Shall Pass).
Today I will multiply my value a hundredfold.
I will act now.
I will pray for guidance.
The scrolls in the book are each to be read 3 times a day one-at-a-time for 30 days (and then the next scroll three times a day for 30 days, and then the next, and so on).

@KOLAMsegaran1 That's because--if you just 'let go' of the bad stuff that happens (This Too Shall Pass)--then your life-motivation can charge full-steam (without the baggage of 'feelings about the past') into the future!
