Our Fabulous Date Night

I have been so busy since getting home I haven’t had much time to get online. There has been so many other matters to catch up on. My hair dressing recipients were atrocious because being without care for 2 weeks.
Friday the 4th was my birthday. Joe made me my special dinner. He has such a way in the kitchen. He simmers lamb with sweet onions potatoes and carrots in apple juice for 3 or four hours in a cast iron dutch oven inside our oven. Words can not describe how wonderfully tender and tasty it was.
I am only home for an hour or so and have a lot to do here before going back to mothers. I will check back with you as soon as I can and I hope you have a blessed day.
