Pancakes

I haven't eaten them in a while but I love me some pancakes. I've never made my own mix either, I usually buy Bisquick. When my son was little I'd add chocolate chips and when we ran out of syrup at my parents, we'd use strawberry jam.

I'm not a huge fan of pancakes. They weight too heavy on my stomach. But when I do eat them it's just with butter and syrup.

We make blueberry pancakes topped with butter and syrup. Lemon and icing sugar is nice too.

I love pancakes but can't prepare it properly. I like to have pancake with tomato sauce.
