My Husband Ditched Me!

All morning I’ve been waiting for my husband to finish cleaning the floors, while I did laundry, dusted, and cleaned the bathrooms. He had told me we’d go for a walk together in a new part of town while we were at the gym. Well, he ditched me! He didn’t feel like walking and went antiquing. Thank goodness my sister-in-law wants to walk with me. That’s another good reason to have family in Florida. I will see you later. It’s too nice to be stuck inside. ~Photo of my brother and my sister-in-law~

@DianneN I do the same when I walk, I like speed walking. Shopping is another matter, you walk slowly and take the time to look at every store.

Thank you! We walked for 1 1/2 hours. Walking and talking make the time go faster and much more pleasant. When I walk, it's speed walking and no shopping.

I'm sorry he ditched you for antiquing. It will be interesting to see what he comes home with. Yes, it's good you have a sister-in-law to walk with. Is that her in the picture? So glad you're having a lovely day there. It's yukky and raining here. It's melting my snow.

Yes, that's my sis in law. We had a good long walk. Now my husband is busy helping a new neighbor. Oh, what a discussion that will be! I'm soooooo sorry your beautiful snow is melting from that very naughty rain.

@DianneN I'm glad you had a good long walk. Yes, the lawn looks horrible. I'm waiting for the next storm to drop snow, but the sun just came out. I think I've been disappointed again.

At least he gets out and does that. My hubby gets home from work and gets on his computer and doesn't leave his room for much. I have to call him and have him come to my house once in a while just to get him away from the house.

Thank you! My husband loves antiques, but he is not allowed to buy any. Our house is overflowing and our condo is too small. Walking I do every day, including the gym, swimming, gold, and/or tennis. No wonder I sleep like a log!
