Since Tony had fish early I did not feel like cooking at all so I waited for good whole then while he was sleeping I used the over. I had a Tyson chicken patty and a handful of tater tots and diet coke. Dessert was a mashed banana with peanut butter. Sooo....... What did you have for dinner?

Loaded with salt, those patties. Girl, I am wondering why you ever scolded me based on a few of your last posts. Just for that I am going to go to Culvers today and get a Reuben and top it off with fried cheese curds. I am going to start calling you "salt woman."

@porwest The reason I get on people is that I do know how serious it is, its a silent killer and we all can gt rid of it just by changing the way we eat. How about a buffet style "vegetable" place? You can get a go box and its got to be better than th salty beef patties. I am still working on me, My blood sugar aint great.

@andriaperry Hmm. Yes. I am still on my meds. But I have made some inroads with switching to Mrs. Dash and I bought some No Salt the other day which seems to be pretty good. Tonight though it's either Hardees or McDonald's. Haven't decided which yet. Show off...

We had corned beef hash with eggs and toast a ltitle while ago. I might have a spicy chicken Tyson patty in a little bit. I haven't decided yet. There's a pot roast in the crock pot but it wont be done till the wee hours of the morning.

Boil it with soup or braised it with dark sauces, it will be edible when soft, bite or suck out the meat and split the bones.

Except for the diet coke, it sounds like a healthy dinner. I made a pot roast in the crock pot yesterday with carrots and onions. I added the turkey broth from the turkey I made for New Year's day. It turned out delicious. I didn't have potatoes. I'll get to the store tomorrow.

Mashed banana and peanut butter? I haven't heard of that before. Banana goes surprisingly well with lots of things.

Oh yes that is the "I don`t have anything sweet in the house" go to. I used to add a little maple syrup but I can`t anymore due to diabetes. One banana, 2 spoons of peanut butter, mash together and drizzle with maple syrup, Yum.

But it sounds so delicious. I had leftovers which was pastrami slice, mini loaf of bread, smothered with pepper rings, mayo and spinach topped with horseradish spread. Add Ore-Ida french fries, that I baked back to finger licking good topped with garlic salt with Wyler's sugar free powder added to water and lots of ice cubes. Not the very nutritional dinner but it was gooood.
