Good morning everyone. It's Thursday & it's pay day, it's gotta be a good day.
I woke up to a snowy cold and windy morning. The snow was terrible last night too and could not see a thing driving home, driving on my road was even worse. But I made it safely and hoping my drive to work is the same. Atleast it's day time and I can see a little better but it's still snowing and with the wind it's blowing snow which makes it worse I plan to leave early and take my time.
Praying the snow ends before I get out of work at 8pm tonight. I can't complain too much though as we've had a pretty decent winter with hardly any snow. I can handle this and then I don't see any snow in the forecast all weekend.
Anyway, I have been watching shows on netflix this morning while having my coffee. I have showered and done dishes so far. I made oatmeal for breakfast this morning as well, it was yummy.
So no plans for today besides working 1130-8pm then come home and relax. I been doing good at catching up on my online sites this week & plan to do so this weekend also. I have been getting to post on here as well. Things have slowed down a bit now and I have more time to do things again.
I need to catch up on my reading also I was hoping to read 50 books by summer but my goal is not being met lol. I am only on book 4 so far but maybe I will meet my goal who knows . Do you have any goals this year ? If so, what are they ?

@marlina I was exhausted by the end of the week after a busy week of work. I got rest this weekend and now another work week.

Be safe traveling to work. We are to expect some wintry weather. It's frigid out there this morning. We aren't to expect anything until Saturday though.
I am only on book two for the year so you are ahead of me. I want to read more this year but I haven't made it a goal. I intend to be on mylot more and work a few sites more this year than I did last. I've got other personal goals that I hope to achieve.

@Scribbbledadnauseum I hope you achieve your goals and can read a bit more. I am on book 4 but I haven't picked up a book in a month with being so busy.

@Blondie2222 That's understandable. I really should be busier than I have been... I might get busier as I may go into a sort of "side business" with a family member. Not anything that would cause a rift, just me listing items for them and getting paid a bit.

Hope the snow stops and you can get to work safely. Snow does complicate things doesn't it.
I just finished reading my first book for this year and looking for the next one.

@Marilynda1225 yeah it sure does. I haven't picked up a book in about a month I've been so busy and too tired when I get home from work to read. I should start reading more though but my guess is I won't.

That kind of drive is certainly not fun at night. Be safe and warm. We shall go out in a bit to do the shopping we were too tired to do yesterday.

@GardenGerty no it is not. I don't mind during the day but hate it at night when it's harder to see.
