Of all the discussion you post.
How many were successful or flopped.
I cannot think of hand. But I know my earlier were flopped
How do you feel when about not getting too many comments.
When I first started here. I did not get too many .Not sure I existed .
As the year gone by then I build up a small reputation.
Earlier post were flopped but you learn and as you on reading other post
Slowly it gets better .Newbie do not give up.It will come to you.

It took me a while to get used to being a newbie here, but had many friends from Bubblews who helped me. out. And bless @jabo for being the only friend to tell me everyone was here. You find out quickly who your true friends are that way.

I find that the more one comments on what others write than one will always get enough responses on their own discussions. That is the key to success on myLot!

It has been so many years since I originally joined (back in '08 or so) and I can't recall. I think I had a few flopped discussions but soon found my clique of people. Here lately it seems as if I am going along swimmingly here, but there are still times when a discussion of mine will flop.
Another good thing to advise the newbies is to read the rules.

@amadeo Yet not a lot of them do, unfortunately.

I think the main reason newbies give up is learning they will not make tons of money here.

In my case I cannot complain, most of my posts got 10 to 20 comments by many myLotters. I must say most people in myLot are very interactive with me. I think it is all about how closed you can get to them so they come back and comment on your posts.

@amadeo thank you, however I am aware that if it wasn't for you all I would be able to get my money. I just got paid and I feel so lucky! May the success be with you too Alfredo!

First of all Alfredo that was a good pep talk. I think when I first I cannot remember why left but came back and when I came back I wrote more posts then than I do not. Now, it seems like cannot get a lot out of my head so I go to other posts and interact and at times get my own ideas for a post. I have some that have been deleted and wondered why but that is life. I did not really dwell on it. I look at it anyone that responds to any of my posts I am happy about.

Good advice. But I think enough come here thinking they are gonna make good money and then they learn that is not the case here and give up and leave.

For me , they might be not giving for the sake of getting involved in the discussions.
