Another set of days

Sunrises and sunsets, yes I hear Tavia on his roof playing his violin! (Now I have an urge to go to Youtube for a Fiddler on the Roof session.) I did it. Not up to me, of course, but its done. I turned another year older today. I listen to a rhapsody play on the radio and think about all the good times I had last year. The excitement of bidding on a house and oh my heavens!! I snagged that huge fish and oh my Friend says she will help me get over there across the mountains and really walk in that house that I snagged. The joys of last year and the deep sadness of letting go of my Mom. The oddness of being a passenger in my car, riding along past a ski lift, in winter. Picnics and squabbles and food prepping, gardens dug and tomatoes turning red, water birds over my head, nights with stars and moon. This new to me year we will again fly to the East and explore. And probably head back to the house that I bagged. But first I must start on writing poetry for next month's postcard gig. Fun times full speed ahead!
