Day 4 weightlifting.

Hey, everyone and, I hope all is well in your neck of the woods, things are good here. I felt much better today after 2 days rest I continued my weightlifting journey. I did 3 sets of 15 with curls and, over head press. So, I will do squats and, reverse curls tomorrow. I want to add step ups, but need a good step. Photo is from Pixabay free images.

I was sore for a couple days after lifting for 3 yes.

@TRBRocks420 I guess you need to check Proper Body Mechanics. It will protect your body from possible injuries.

@ilocosboy It all depends, if you do max set with lower weights it will help you tone and lose fat too.

It's either 150 or 300 depending if those are 25 pound weights or 50, most I have done over head is 160, but sure could do slightly more.

Sound good, make sure you rest tho in between and don't over do it.
