Virily - Another Bubblews?

No I am not talking about being about to make $300 a month writing at Virily like I once did at bubblews before that bubble popped. I am talking about the communication skills or the lack of.
Unless you spend a lot time there the earning are slow but they have paid. I had decided to write more and get paid, so I did it a couple months. I got paid and since I only liked a couple more dollars to the next pay out I went for it another month.
Since I had only been paid once I could keep up with the amount of "virils" I made daily so I know I have made several or more thousand and should be able to cash out.
I haven`t got an updated dashboard since I was paid off for October, they pay 30 days later so this was November 28th.
When the site DID NOT update my dashboard and earning at the end of December, or anytime the whole month, I stopped writing there. As of today its 45 days and not a word from the staff.
So now is the question, Is the same thing gonna happen with this site as it did with Bubblews? Will all the people who worked so hard to post good articles be taken advantage of? Will they take the money and run?
If Virily stands up and pays what is owed, I will take my money and run! Run away.

Every time I think back to Bubblews it makes my blood boil. I made thousands (in total) there while it was around. I KNEW it was too good to be true, so it should not have been a real shock when the thing went kaput. I've heard of Virily, but have never written there. MyLot pays a pittance, but I think they have the right model, so I am inclined to just put my efforts here rather than get caught up in some other place that may or may not have it right, and that will bite me in the end.

I agree, that is what I was doing, I have been a member there for a couple years but not really done much.

@ThreeTeddies You are absolutely right. I rather like that the money is not so great here. It helps to keep the reality, if you know what I mean. When I could make hundreds a month at Bubblews it just rang so true to me...this is WAY too easy. SOMETHING is not right here. The checks kept coming, I kept writing, until it all came to a crashing end. Luckily ALL of money went into the bank. I never spent a dime. So I still have it, AND it still earns interest.

@porwest Anyone who writes for myLot (or any similar site) surely isn't doing it for the money! Those days are in the past and the most anyone on one of these sites can hope to do is to earn some useful pocket money.

I have no idea what is going on. I keep writing and I keep standing on what I had for many months back. I doubt that I make so few Virils. I think I will write for some months more and then have to make a decision because I would rather write for other sites that definitely pay than write for a site just on hope alone. I too got paid once.

Oh yeah, I remember that with Bubblews....sure hope that is not the case with Virily, but it is getting worrisome after no earning updates, and no word from any of them! I contacted them about my negative balance and got no response!

The good old days of Bubblews are long gone. Nobody makes any decent amount on such sites anymore. At least myLot is consistent and reliable in its payments.

I hate that, I used to write on Bubblews, before they went belly up. Not a good feeling. If you do get paid. Do RUN.

@tallawah Hope you can get the rest of your earnings. I enjoyed bubblews and like you was cashing out good for awhile. I got out after managing to get the last of what they owed me. Glad I have not joined virily

@tallawah They cheated a lot of people. I was there when they pulled that crap of trying to cancel payments to save themselves. As they did sign onto the BBB I contacted through there and was one of the lucky early ones to get everything they owed me. I was close to another payout at that time so I did finish it and once received I stopped writing there at all. At one point I could get 50 a week for minimum effort. I knew they had the pay system set to high to sustain it when I signed up. So I was always on the lookout for signs of trouble.

I was looking into joining virily!! Sure hope that doesn't happen!! This is what happened with slice the pie!! They sucker U in doing music reviews then BAAM!! Suddenly your reviews aren't good enough and they lock your account and don't pay!!! Someone needs to look into companies and stop this abuse!!!

It sounds a lot like Bubblews. I also got screwed with them and never got paid. Fortunately, I got a job writing for websites and that was good until it disappeared. I would take the money and run if I were you. But monitor it to see where it goes. Maybe it will get better.

Yes it was more or less like mylot, I look back at what I wrote there and its pitiful, yes I have saved all of that.

@andriaperry I did not know how to write for a discussion group at the time. I was writing articles that no one read. I did read a lot of really bad posts. I hated coming on there and reading garbage.
