My sister and her husband are married for about 15 years now without a child. Now my sister is asking the husband to go in for another wife since she knows the problem is from her, but the husband is saying he is not ready to have two wives but always complaining of children. But they love each other very well. Now what will she do?

Does he mind it or want to have children? If not, then it is no problem and the life can still go on. Or is it possible for them to adopt a child?

Yes i think your idea should be considered. because they don't want divorce and the man is eager for a child. that is why the woman is demanding second wife. So i thing adopting a child will also be better option.

We all live in very different cultures. My husband and I are unable to have children as I was very ill in 2012. However, it is illegal here to take a 2nd wife. We have learned to love our life the way it is and to realize there might be a reason we could not have children. I wish your sister and her husband the best. It is a hard thing to realize when you can't have children.

if their religion accept two wives he can go and marry another wife but if the religion do not accept that, they should adopt a child.

I suggest they adopt a child. I would not want my husband to have another wife. Besides, it’s illegal here.

If they are Muslims, he can go ahead and marry another one, but if Christians, the best way is to adopt a child.
