I've never had the experience of bumping into a celebrity anywhere. Have you ever had a chance encounter with a sportsperson, actor, TV personality, politician or speaker?

I've bumped into quite a few which is odd considering where I live and the fact I am not a celebrity chaser at all. Jerry Reed Burt Reynolds Loni Anderson Sally Field Trace Adkins Hulk Hogan Windham Brothers Percy Sledge Billy Joel Sonny Stroyer Danny Glover Scott Wilson Most of these may not be so well known today.

@JohnRoberts Scott was a wonderful person. His mother was in the hospital the same time as my husband in physical rehab. We rode the elevator up together several times. His whole family are very friendly sweet people. I really hate we lost him.

I've been to a book signing and had my book signed if that counts. And I spoke with our Premier once upon a time. Our Premier is the head of our state.

An author of a book you love definitely is a great person to meet. I don't read much but if I had met any of the bookwriters I would have been very delighted

Yes, living near the Wash DC area I ran into former Senator Edward Brooke, Janet Reno and also Bob Dole. I saw a network correspondent John Dancy I think was his name in NYC. I haven't seen anyone recently.
