People just dont listen!

This is the time of year that people overspent, in major debt then blame everyone else. People are angry this time of year and hence I refuse to do the whole Christmas crap. 3 days in a row. Big shot in a suit screaming like a 2 year old how I'm stealing their money. Yet, they don't stand and listen. They scream then storm out or come back screaming more. Frankly these people are the miserable ones in life. A guy paid for pump 1 yet moved his car for no apparent reason to pump 7. He paid already for pump 1 then screaming at me because he pumped $75 not $30. So I explain he moved pumps. Instead of listening he starts full on screaming how I'm stealing his money because he paid $30. Like sorry sweetie I'm not paying the difference so fork up for the stupidity as you got that much in gas or I'm calling the police. Not a big brainer. I've had customer scream then come back to apologize. But frankly it's these ones then they come in a few days later to be all nothing happened. Last Friday u was training the new girl and this lovely man came in. Claimed he was at pump 1 yet pump 2. So I replied pump 1 is actually broken (and a car was parked at pump 1) how he can pull to pump 3. He then walks out after pre paying and comes stomping in screaming in her face spitting how he's at pump 2 and she should know being a stupid such and such. So I yelled back. We don't know what he drives nor where he parks his car. So he starts screaming back. I threatened to call the police if they lean into the counter I grab the phone. He then had the nerve to come back to scream on how he will get me fired for my lack of customer service. Oh you mean the threats and screaming I can charge him if I wish. I just couldn't imagine acting this way out in public.
