No, not quite Mythology Wednesday. I may make a discussion for that later. I came across this and thought of mylot. Philly has a bus that few know of and fewer talk about. It isn't a bus that everyone can see. It is for the downcast, the disheartened, the lonely. It is for those who aren't sure where they are going in life, who aren't sure what this life is all about. The bus shows up but you have to run for it, just a little ways though. You have to show that you need this bus. The bus doesn't have the usual marquee with a destination. You aren't required to pay if you can't afford it. You simply get on and stare out at the city before you. Eventually, unseeing, you'll pull the cord and disembark. Usually you will find you aren't far away from where you needed to go. Some say that if you ride it long enough, you'll end up at a time and place before you were so down trodden.
