Dinner Tonight

We had a great dinner tonight, but the best part is there is plenty left for tomorrow night!! Thursdays are my late night at work and it's nice not to have to think about what's for dinner.
We had Shephard's Pie and later are having a slice of Pecan Pie Cheesecake!!
Do you have dishes that you make that are great for a couple of nights? I'm always looking for ideas that will make 2 nights worth of dinner and are easy!

Oh my, it's been so long since I have shepherds pie, I'm having left over chili that needs to be ate.

Yes leftovers can be the best and take pressure of you for cooking the next day:) Shephards pie haven't had that in a long time. Pasta seems to be our left over dish at our house. Did you say Cheese cake? mmmm yummy.

I often do. Almost anytime I make a roast or chicken it will last at least 2 days, sometimes I get lucky for a third.

I love Burritos of all kinds! Beef, Cheese, Bean, Shredded Chicken and even Breakfast Burritos! It sounds like a good dinner to me!

I like Shepards pie but havent had it in awhile and oh my the pecan pie cheesecake sounds heavenly.
