No crackers at this party

There was cacophony of kids and seniors alike but that was pleasing to the ears. At any party at the tail end or at the start one hears crackers. I have never advocated it and so there were no crackers at this party. We had noise of a different kind at the end of the party. I distributed paper blow horns and they all started blowing kids and seniors too. You can imagine what noise it made when 80 plus guests doing that at the same time. The sound was louder than the crackers but with no pollution.
