I had to share this photo with you. It has been raining here since last night. So I put my rain gear on when I went out earlier to feed the birds. Maybe this is how I looked. Ha! Silly bird lady is what I am today.
By the way, photo is not mine, it was shared by a friend.
Ever notice how our sense of humor and attitude in life takes us a long way? No matter how much life gets us down and throws curveballs, with a good attitude, we can push through anything. Agree?

Tell me, I have had my share of bad moments. I am only saying when there are things we cannot control, try to make the best out of it. I am not making light of life's struggles. When I lost my only child, my world shattered. How could I recover? Don't know but somehow I did.

@Nevena83 I was only making sure you realized I understand life's struggles, like most of us do, but our attitudes help get us through. At the time I didn't want to hear this from anyone but I have learned and am still leaning a lot to get through. Thank ou for listening.

@teamfreak16 That is encouraging to hear about a good support group at the VA. Usually on the bad hits the press. Good for you. It truly is "all in our minds".

Absolutely agree Carol. Such wise words. I hope every single person in myLot who reads this post might get inspiration from it. I have been there before when I feel like rocking bottom, and I can't go on, all of the sudden I realize I must change my attitude and think that it is all going to be alright.

Bird ladies are the best ladies to be. Your pic is adorable and I bet those birds enjoyed the treat! I totally agree with you. Sometimes the gloomiest days are really a great opportunity to challenge ourselves to turn our thinking around.
