A Very Bad Headache

Right now I am suffering from a bad headache didn't have it when I got to work. But Sada had the heat turned up plus using the oven. It got so hot, until I felt it coming on. So I stopped working and just say down. I am going to go outside to the Post Office, hoping the cooler air will take away the pain. You all have a nice day.

Yes, I went out and it eased up a lot. Now she cooking again but I am in the very back of the house where it's cool.

I hope the cool air helps. If I get too hot I feel suffocated and on comes the headache.

She feels like cooking. I went outside and it helped a lot now in the back of the house where it's cooler.

@popciclecold Thats good. I am needing to do a marathon cook soon to save the potatoes I had bought. Hopefully this summer I can eat a few once a week. Just waiting to see how much I lose by then.

Good luck! Hopefully that cool air does help! If you can get some peppermint do that, it may help too.
Also try the accupressure point here.

I had a mild headache this morning. But it went away after just a short while, even though I didn't take any aspirin.
