Do you remember what was your first job?

For some, first employment may be one of life's best achievements (especially because it is the beginning of a professional life and financial independence)... But for others, it can be a traumatic experience because employment (is this case, I mean the function to be exercised). So... For good or ill, do you remember what was your first professional work experience? Was it something good or bad?

My first real job was delivering newspapers for our local newsagent. I was 14 at the time and started work at 5am. I only worked two hours each morning except Saturday and Sunday but I can't remember how much I was paid.

@WiseGhots It was OK when the weather was fine but rainy mornings weren't much fun at all!

Not sure if this applies to full time job or part time job. But I remember my first part time job was a drink maker at restaurant.

@WiseGhots Not sure what is it called lol. Barista perhaps? Not a bartender cause I'm not working in a bar. Yeah, I'm not good being a waiter, so I learn how to make drinks eg ice lemon tea, ice milo etc. I'm a student so yeah, need to find money too.

@Tracy04 I think "barista" is most correct. But I got it anyway.

I loved my first real job that I got a paycheck from and not from under the table. I worked at Long John's and was there for 3 years.

I had a short term job taking inventory in a department store. It was like an annual thing they did. It only lasted a few days. I was 16 though, so happy with the money.
