The picture has nothing to do with my post but I thought it showed the size difference of these two, imagine that my Boobear is smaller than the calico, maybe that's why she's so defensive.
Ok, back to my yeehaa ..... today I saw my optometrist to get a new prescription and of all the dumb luck it turns out I have been wearing readers to drive with. The glasses I had been wearing before I had the surgery are too strong for distance so now they have become my reading glasses. I am so totally elated about this.
My doctor was just as surprised as I was but she did say I will probably have to go back before the year is over to get a new prescription, it'll take at least a year for my eye to normalize. But still this is fantastic news for me.
So, what was the bright spot in your day today?

Congratulations to you. The best thing today was that our Internet got zapped off and then in the afternoon we got it back.

Thank you. I suppose the fact the internet returned is the good part, right?

@rebelann definitely I rather feel panicked if I know there is no Internet even if at the moment I might not be on the PC

That is a very good picture.
Does this mean you don't need to have long distance glasses?

I prefer my camera as well @responsiveme but if the picture I intend to take has no real meaning than I will use my cell phone.

@rebelann what do you think? Photography enthusiasts seem to prefer the camera.

Anyone would be as excited as you. You have reasons to. There cannot be better news than that.
At this point in time what gives us those happy moments is when Preiti our pet eats well. She has been starving herself for reasons not known.

@rebelann I have discussed her situation here. She is mysterious She gives up for some days and then gets back.

That is wonderful news. And the 'whatcha' doin' on your photo reminds me of a little boy who once lived next door to us. He would come wandering over and always his first words to Vince were 'whatcha doin'. He was a really cute little kid.
