We received a phone call from our landlords sister saying he is in the hospital. He is such a sweet man and I always go check on him and give him his mail and whatever he needs. He should be home soon and I hope he is so I can go talk to him. I would love to talk to him about buying this place since we are putting so much work into it.

His sister says he's ok they are just keeping him awhile to get everything back on track for him.
