Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is currently 30 degrees F and snowing here at the Jersey Shore. We aren't expected to get more than an inch this morning but there is supposed to be another storm some time this weekend. Not sure about that one. . .
I went to bed early last night and slept pretty well which I am happy about. That will make getting through the day at work easier. After work I am going to do the grocery shopping. I have my list made and it is full of lean protein, fresh vegetables, fruit, and nuts for the 6 week challenge that I am starting at my gym next week.
