When was the last time you went to the theater?

Can you remember?
In my case, the last time is very recent. About 3 months ago I went to the concert with a group of friends to watch The Phantom of the Opera.
I didn't get very close to the theaters, but this show I wanted very much to watch and I didn't regret. Everything is very beautiful and very intense (so well done!).
So, in relation to theater, this was my most immersive experience... Which, by the way, I hope to repeat someday with some other spectacle.

@WiseGhots David Mamet's play Oleanna. I went to see it because Julia Stiles was starring.

Over a year ago, before they stopped leting people bring backpacks and large bags. They say it's for safety, but really it is because it makes it harder for people to bring in outside food. The theatre owners could just BUY metal detectors. But they have to be cheap instead. No one wants to leave their stuff in the car with all the breakins. If your theatre is in a mall, people are going to have stuff. And the businesses support the theatre. So it makes no sense to ban bags.
