Ok so I did it again.

This makes.. The third? No, maybe the fourth time. Either way, I couldn't help myself. I went to get coffee first, just the instant stuff. We don't have a percolator here and I didn't want to spend too much money on something that would be hardly used. Then I went to the grocery store and got more peanut butter morsels and another bag of chocolate chips. Did we need peanut butter? No, we had plenty of that at home. The bananas I needed were already in the cart. This batch is alright, I like it but it's not my favorite. It's not the family's favorite either. It needed more bananas. I think the next batch I make will have strawberries but I also think I'll wait awhile. I was making so many batches before so that I could get rid of the morsels I already had. What's your favorite dessert or treat?

Oh I couldn't go without my coffee pot lol. I don't know what my favorite dessert would be as I like so many of them, but anything chocolate is at the top of the list.

I am more of a herbal tea drinker myself. Yes, chocolate is by far the best. Chocolate is so versatile.

@hillhjill I wasn't always a fan of it myself. Now I make a cup almost every day. I'd like to get a teaball again. I had one but ended up giving it to goodwill because I hardly used it. Either that or it's here somewhere. Coffee's are delicious but they aren't healthy and they mess with my hormones.

@ScribbledAdNauseum The Black Forest consist of several layers of chocolate sponge cake (very light) with a whipping cream filling. The original German versions also had cherries, but I skip.

Oh it is so hard to say which desert I love best. I think honestly it is English Trifle or Irish Bread Pudding.

Have had neither. Potato Candy is one of my ultimate favorites but it's entirely too sweet. It came into my mind just now because my aunt said "Oh! I need to return your dish to you!" then she said "Jennifer (her daughter and the one I made the potato candy for at Christmas) said she'd love to have the dish returned to her again with more potato candy on it. I guess I will have to make a batch and bring it to her one day.

Coconut is just not something I like, especially not the cake. I guess it's the texture more than anything. Chocolate is most of the time far too rich for me.

@Mike197602 I have heard of it but never tried to make it. It sounds really delicious though. The "desserts" I've been making have had no added sugar to it. Diabetics in the house and the potential that I could be diabetic as well.. I have to be careful.

I bought a keurig knock off during a black friday sale several years ago. I was the only one that used it and when I stopped? it just sat there. I have a tea kettle now that I use every single day. When I want coffee? I have the instant.

Cheesecake is my favorite, just plain with no fruit. I love my percolator and have always ground my own beans. However I found the best instant coffee ever. Nescafe. I like strong coffee and this is almost as good as percolator coffee.

I think I've had nescafe coffee before. I know I've had a hot cocoa they've done before. I like cheesecake that has a brownie bottom the best. I haven't had cheesecake in ages. When I was working I would sometimes get two slices of cheesecake from sheetz (I didn't work there, but that's where I almost always got it from) and bring it home. I'd split it with my grandmother. One piece for me and one for her. Or we'd split half of each piece depending on the flavorings.

@ScribbledAdNauseum What a great memory. I had a friend that used to send me a Junior's cheesecake every Christmas. It was delightful. Would come in a little cooler with dry ice. The best gift ever.
