Do you have this kind of sleep problem? Night: Just another TV show, just another chapter of the book, just another puzzle, just another bit longer on myLot, just another... Morning: Just another few minutes of sleep, just another few minutes of sleep, just another few minutes of sleep... Do you have any sleep problems like this?

I went to bed at 11 PM last night and really enjoyed getting a good night's sleep. I have to keep working on doing this on a regular basis. My body will appreciate it.

Yes. I don't want to get off the computer at night. I have no trouble getting up in the morning.

I wish I was like you when it comes to waking up. If I go to bed anytime later than 11PM then I have a hard time getting out of bed and it becomes a real fight.

@1hopefulman When I go to bed at 11, which is rare, I'm so afraid of waking up late that I'm awake several times looking at the clock before I get up.

I turn off my computer before going down for supper (7:30 pm). I watch a movie with my husband after dinner and once in bed a few pages of a book and the sleep comes. Electronic gadgets ruin your sleep.

So, you are never on the computer after 7:30 PM? You are well-disciplined!

Yes, it has been happening for years. I spend a lot of time for the computer to earn money and the night passes quickly, and I get up very early.

@buenavida You have to try it a few times to know if it works for sure. What kind of tea was it?

You’d be surprise how common it is. I wonder why we find it more interesting to do something at night when we are supposed to sleep instead of doing it on the morning on waking hours. It would be so much more healthier.

That makes sense! However, it's hard to do for many of us then we need coffee to wake us up.

@flapiz Some days that would be wonderful but we wouldn't get much done and so we have to force ourselves to get out of bed. We can't be lazy!

No, I don't. I usually go to bed between 9 and 10 p.m. . . and wake up at 4 or 5 a.m. By 6 a.m. I am working out in the basement.

Is that a selfie? No, I go to sleep the minute my head hits the pillow and hop out of bed as soon as I wake up.

@DianneN If I had arms that long I would look really funny. If I had arms that stretched, then I could do it. Remember Mr Fantastic of the Fantastic 4?

@1hopefulman No.Once I fall asleep, you can't wake me up even by beating drums near my ears. And if sleep remains elusive,I spend a sleepless night.

I do have a hard time winding it up and going to sleep. I want to do one more thing, and one more thing, etc. I still wake up pretty early and once I am awake I may as well get up.

Sure! Especially just a few more minutes of sleep in the morning. That's what the snooze button on my alarm is for, lol. But seriously, I think the few more minutes thing came early in life when it was time to get ready for school. Never enjoyed having to wake up for that.
