Are you a jealous person?

Whether with my family, my friends or my girlfriend, "jealousy" is something that definitely does not suit me. I just think everyone is free to stay or not in my life and I have no right to "arrest" them.
Jealousy leads nowhere and only brings frustrations (you can add here jobs, money and many others examples). Life goes on and keeping someone around (trying to control / manipulate their steps) forced is never a good alternative.

I think there's different types of jealously. Like with people, and then things.
Because I'm not jealous of a single person, never have been. But I am jealous of parents who have their kids, especially those who shouldn't. And of family photos, and get togethers. etc. As I can't have that with my daughter.

@sharon6345 exactly. I was jealous of kids with dads as a kid too, however im thankful i didnt have one - now.

It's ok to have mood sometimes (I also have mine). Jealousy is the problem.

@WiseGhots To be jealous sometimes is inevitable. What matter is that it is minimal and controllable.

In my younger years I was a more jealous person, but as I have gotten older I am only jealous of people who live in warmer places.Jealousy was something I had to really work on .It is no longer a problem for me ,too many more important things in my life these days.

I trained myself out of that emotion. Its one of the worst emotions to feel. But most of the time if your feeling jealous its probably your partners fault. My boyfriend makes me feel secure and i do the same for him. I wouldnt be with someone that would make me feel such negative emotions...i learned that the hard way lol

I always thought that jealously is so childish until I myself have a relationship and doing the one thing I hate it. It was an uncontrollable feelings for me at first when I started my relationship. But then I got used to it and I trust him. So now, my jealously is not so bad like when I started it.
