Is It Wrong To Sell Store-Bought Pastries At A Bake Sale?

Over this past Christmas, I helped Mr. and Mrs. Santa out and made up little goody bags filled with cookies...store-bought cookies. Bare with me, I cannot bake. I am the worst. So, if a person is a terrible baker, why not use store-bought for a bake sale? If a person has no time, why not use store-bought for a bake sale? The cookies just may be more presentable even! Atleast you are going to have something to sell. Right? (photo by pixabay)

I never thought about it but all that matters is having something to contribute.

I think this is fine. At least you are contributing towards the sale.

I see nothing wrong buying the cookies if someone is not a good baker.

I don't know. Personally, I would feel wrong doing that but that is just me. How hard is it to make Rice Krispy Treats or something like that? Chocolate-dipped pretzel rods?

I don't see anything wrong with it. Some people are just too busy perhaps.
