This has been my motto for now. I refuse to be beaten by my fibromyalgia, anxiety and depression. And even if I do a little a day in my work, I'm happy with it. I know it's not a good idea to bring home work. But it is a great help. When I feel like losing my concentration at work I'm good because I've done some work at home. I can prepare coffee and some biscuit to get me through the day.

Fibromyalgia sucks! You've got the right attitude though, keep it up! I know for me the better I eat, the more hydrated I am, and the stricter I am with my routine the better I do. Moreso with the depression than anything else!

Thank you for understanding. Most people don't understand fibromyalgia. I juice winter melon/ashgourd and gives me extra energy boost and temporarily ward off fatigue.

Good for you to make things look easy despite your condition. I am more concerned about how you handle anxiety and depression because I have a son with that condition and it’s kind of difficult to manage it from my end because of its unpredictable outcomes.

The illness made me have a different outlook in life. If your son is older, he will handle it with a more mature mind. But if he is younger, it is indeed difficult, in my opinion.

@yoalldudes I see it’s rather different perhaps in our case. I am just glad that you survived or surviving the ordeal. It is quite traumatic for us parents since we have hard time to understand his situation. But one at a time we are discovering and understanding him.
