I'm home and just took Ibuprofen for my knees and back. I'm done doing anything more strenuous than tapping the keyboard or making something to eat, and that might prove painful as well.
I haven't had breakfast yet, but I have the steak thawing to go with the eggs.
Everything almost went according to plan this morning. Unfortunately, when I got the clothes loaded in the washer, I realized I left the soap home and had to come home to get it, so instead of leaving the laundromat at 8:30 as I expected, I left at 9.
I'm going to guess that my over 200 notifications this morning is due to everyone wanting to make their payout with ten days left in the month. Though that doesn't explain the rest of the month. You have been very active, which is good for the site, and good for everyone here as we try to earn a bit above the minimum requirement. The good thing is that I'm still within 24 hours of being completely caught up.
Anyway, I'm rambling. I'm home. I'm going to interact, eat, I might take a nap as I've been up since before 2 AM, and watch a couple shows via my Roku.
Since they had the TV on at the laundromat, I heard the snow totals on average about every fifteen minutes. The estimated total right now is 5 inches and will start tonight, but the major part of the storm will happen tomorrow afternoon and into Wednesday. We do have more snow coming on Thursday as well, though that storm hasn't been defined yet. They're also tentatively calling this storm Austin.
It's colder and warmer than it was yesterday. Yesterday when I left for church it was 5 above with a wind chill of -10 F. This morning when I left for the Y it was -1 with a -1 wind chill = so no wind chill, making it warmer than yesterday. It felt it too.

200 notifications, that's quite a lot . You're probably right, people are trying to reach payout this month. I wasn't very active so I don't think I'll make it

That steak sounds goooood, got some nice one myself, but that was yesterday. I'm looking for something different now, maybe a salad .

Sun is shining and the temp has climb into the mid 50s for today after a low of 30 last night. Hoping the rain showers hold off tomorrow til I take the bus tomorrow and go to Walgreens and CVS tomorrow on the bus (no buses are running today as it is a holiday) to replenish mu supplements as both stores are offering BOGO deals. I should be able to get this done and home on one bus fare of85 cents as I will have a 2 hour on the transfer and can use it to get there and back home as you can use transfers to get back on the same bus you got off an hour before and I will ride it to the station and stay on until it brings me back to where I first got on (though I could get off a half a mile a way and walk just over a half a mile down a side road, but I figure why as by the time I walk from the other stop I would only be saving 15 minutes if I didn't take the bus in and back out.

@just4him It went better as a friend called and was going to be doing things in town today and so I didn't have to ride the bus and was able to go to Walgrreens and stock up om my supplements then we wen to Red Lobster for lunch as I had a reward I needed to use before the end of the month for free appetizer and I got stuffed mushrooms along with their Tuesday special which was nice as I have been craving seafood

@Courtlynn I did clear them. I opened a book and closed it after a few paragraphs. It wasn't the time for writing, I guess. Hopefully today. I don't have a lot of notifications and hope I can get a lot more work done on a book.

I hope you are feeling better soon. I get arthritis in my arms. I am assuming that is what it is. Years ago I had that same pain, and it can get distracting. I don't take anything for it. What a peaceful picture. All it needs is some snow. It is so cold and windy here. I am not one to turn on my heat, but lately I have for short periods of time. Even though I am inside, my hands are like ice.

@just4him I am glad to hear your aches and pains are gone. I could take a nap all day because I am tired all the time. It is so cold in my apartment, and it was 89 dollars last month. It's already 52 dollars for this month.

Board meeting? I'm glad your headache is gone and the laundry is finished.
I woke with a headache and took Ibuprofen for it. It was gone by the time I got to the pool.
