Bad Click Bait, Bad BAD Click Bait

By definition, I suppose, "click bait" is supposed to entice you to click on it. I've seen these that say things about how "fans say goodbye to" someone, making it sound as if they'd died. Nah, not falling for that one: if a celebrity of the magnitude of Oprah died, you'd hear about it somewhere other than an ad! And then.....there's this. The photo attached is a screen shot of an obvious "click bait" ad. It talks about "discounts for seniors." Certainly seniors would be interested in that! Then it says, "If you were born before 1987 you can claim these discounts." Y'know, I realize that a lot of people in America hate math and/or are bad at math..... However, if you're born in 1987, you're only 31-32 years old. Hardly a "senior." Unless, that is, they've changed the definition of "senior" to mean someone who's 35. In that case, I must be ancient!!!
