I hope you can see this photo. I called these bread gizmos "hamburger buns." Maybe I fibbed. I did not fib about their not having a uniform size or shape.
Anyway, here they are. The latest batch of what I call bread. The brown flecks are flax seed meal specks. We take a serrated knife to each entity, slice it in half and spread what ever on them- hummus, butter, cheese, faux meat patty, peanut or almond butter. You get the picture. Next week I will be back at making more of these what ever they are.
