Have you ever heard something like a machine talk to you?

One time a long time ago there was a coke machine that talked. I cannot remember what it said.
Where I go to my doctor a person tells us each floor we go to. On the bus they tell us now where each stop is on their route and that is so much better than relying on the bus driver to make sure you get off on the right stop. At times I had to ask people on the bus because did not hear the stop they said and one time got off on the stop after and had to walk back to the right place.

I can't remember for sure but perhaps a pinball machine in the arcade where I played as a kid talked. Now I have Alexa a type of talking virtual assistant and Cortana. Cortana is a similar assistant built into my computer. You can ask both information like weather or historical facts.

That is great. Our train tells us each stop. I like that now and it is good for those that have no clue where to get off the train or the elevator. I like hearing the human contact in the elevator telling us each floor so will not forget where to get off.

This elevator is not really new. It is a real person telling us when we get to the different floors and for sure the exit.
