My daughter is cooking tonight and I'm always happy with what she makes. How could I not when I taught her how to cook 
. Of course many things she puts her own spin on to which I give a big thumbs up. She's more adventurous with spices than I am.
Tonight she's making zucchini turkey meatballs where she takes ground turkey and mixes with shredded zucchini ( no bread or eggs ). Then she pops them in the oven and bakes them. We'll have them with whole wheat pasta and it's not only delicious but very healthy.
We haven't had these in awhile so I'm really looking forward to it.

The whole wheat pasta texture seems a bit off for me.

@spiderdust same here do not like wheat pasta at all.Taste is bland.

@amadeo I have a few packages that either my daughter gave to me (because she didn't want them) or that the other half brought home from the discard box at work. I'll sometimes use them in baked pasta dishes because the baking seems to improve the texture.

@Marilynda1225 When rearranging the deep freezer my husband found 3 roasts that he thought we bought last summer and he would like to see us eat those up before we go back to the butcher. One down, and two more to go. I am getting low on a few other items that we usually get from him. He's quite a ways from here, so we'll probably wait until early spring to go.

I hate whole wheat pasta but I decided to cut down on carbs so this is my option for now.
