Our brains need rest, too. But I could not think of a way how to rest my brain! I tried to close my eyes one time and tried to think of nothing . . . It does not work. The more I imagine things . . like the image of my blah-blah-blah late mother in-law . . and the image of scared-face of my late father-in-law. . . then the images of my ex-girlfriends . . . the more my brain worked!

Thought always tries to control everything, you can stop that by watching your thought by knowing it's function. To find out how it works. Thought never doubt about it self but doubt about everything else because it wants to be a master and control everything. keep people as a slave.

@amadeo i always had the dream as a boy but I would say it started heightening the moment I earned money on my own and buy the projects I want to do, what's good is I have a partner who is the same and very supportive.

I often think of me and my people living in a different and more comfortable place to live. However I try not to think of that all the time cause I would be preoccupied, so instead of that I would rather act which is better.

It changes from day to day but this morning I was thinking about how much snow I will have to shovel!! Oddly enough yesterday I had a ton of it and my mood was at 7/10 !!
