You already know how to say "NO" when it takes? If you're that kind of person who can not say no, I'm sorry to tell you this is not one of the best qualities that a human being can have. We live in a world where good people are often confused with silly people, so... Learning how to say is not always a great lesson to live life better.

I'm recently learning this. I have a friend that takes advantage of my inability to say "no" and it got to a point where I'm just tired and started saying "no" whenever she asks for something I don't feel like doing.

@WiseGhots Saying no to people is not that easy as you think it could be. I have said no and people just do not listen or understand. i am starting to say no more because I have to take are of myself.

@WiseGhots It is very difficult because there are people that do not understand when one says no. They continue to pressure people.

I tend not to sugarcoat things and just firmly say no. Then I realize I sound so mean.

I read somewhere that if someone is persistent you just keeping saying no politely. Don't make excuses as that gives them the chance to persuade that your excuse isn't valid. Just keep saying 'no' .

As I grew older and wiser, I've learned to say no even to those who are superior to me.
