Going to the dentist.

Good day friends.
Today I drove a child to school because he went to take grades. At that time I used it to go to the dentist.
Afterwards, I went to buy some of the food, and he was with the girl during that time. I can not even imagine that he has a girlfriend at the age of 16.
Now I come home and I'll dine because I'm very hungry, and then I come to read your discussions.
How is your day going?

I hope your teeth didn't need much work. I did some puzzles, talked to a friend on the phone, went shopping and am back home and on the internet.

@1hopefulman That's good. I do not go so often, the dentist told me that last time I was in December 2017.

@Nevena83 So you had a cleaning and checkup?
Our boys went on group dates in high school - several boys and girls going to parties, the movies, etc. all in a group without girlfriends. For this proms, they asked one of the girls to be their date. Very innocent.

Good luck with dentist. I've learned today that people at age 16 are really something

@Nevena83 O, just a control check, that's awesome. Yes, they are really different than us. When I was leaving a school building yesterday, some pupil wished me a good weekend. I have never said that to any of my teachers, it's too personal, I don't know

Do you mean that he had tests to take at school, or just a normal school day?
The dentist's visit must have gone well since you didn't talk about that again.
I need to get ready for bed since tomorrow already began an hour ago. I don't want to sleep in too long as I have things to do.

@Nevena83 I'm not familiar with the term 'ratings' or 'grades' in this context unless he mainly went in to see how he was doing in his classes with his grades. We have conferences here with the parent and teacher so the teacher can let the parent know how their child is doing overall. The parent already sees the report card when it's brought home by the student each period and that shows the grades.

@MarshaMusselman There are no such cards here. There is a parental meeting, but only 3 times during one school year.
