Yes, of course you can invite people! The more the merrier! You simply give them the URL and suggest that they sign up (there is no referral system).
Make sure that they have read the Guidelines and the other pages under "Help". You can also tell them that the site is 100% reliable about paying as long as they have a valid PayPal ID. As you see from my profile, I have been here for 12 years and so I should know!
