Let me just say from the start, I love this machine, love, love, love it. So far we have only used it here in Florida a few times. We have done wings 3 or 4 times, sweet potato fries and Chinese dumplings. Every use is a learning process but everything has come out good it is just a matter of figuring out what time works best. Wings are suggested at 5 minutes and then another 5 at 400 degrees. I find I like better a total of 11 minutes, I just like mine a little more well done. The sweet potato fries were perfect at the 10 minutes. We cook them in halves so we can shake them or turn them halfway through. The dumpling we agreed we like better steamed, some things are just not the best in the air fryer. I plan to try more things but I have lots of wings to eat. Brandon has done pork chops and chicken breast as well as turnovers with my one in Connecticut. I am very happy with this machine, the inside is non stick ceramic so it is very easy to clean. .

I love that color, I have one as well and have only used it a couple of times but loved what I did make. Did you see the ones that now have rotisseries and racks for dehydrating in them?

This one will do dehydrating and I have a rotisserie which we use every Christmas for the prime rib. I am looking forward to trying the dehydrator.

I've looked over the ones that people purchase through my lane but my main problem is that I don't have the room on my counter tops and I really don't have any extra storage in my kitchen at present for any more appliances. I also tend to buy things I don't use very often, so maybe for now I will pass. But I might consider it again in the future. I don't remember, did you get the same brand for both locations?

Yes but I have a bigger cooks essential at home in Connecticut. I accidentally sent the one I wanted for Florida to CT so I had to order another one. I made wings and French fries today and they came out great

@BelleStarr Sounds good. I'm not home often enough to use it much, but maybe once I retire and can rearrange my kitchen and how things are stored it might be a possibility.

I am glad you like it. I still steam the dumplings using bamboo steamers, I feel they taste better.

I agree, it is a texture thing with the dumplings but the wings are awesome.

There is another member here who loves food done in her air fryer. I think that I would like to look for one. I hate the thoughts of having another appliance to store, but this one sounds like it might be a good one.

This one can roast and dehydrate as well so it is more than just an air fryer. The wings came out so good, much better than in the oven.

Yes very good, it cooks quickly without a mess and has easy cleanup. Plus you don't need to use any oil to fry.

So glad you like it. We were looking at them a couple of weeks ago and trying to decide if we would like it or not. I'll be waiting to hear more about it.

This one roasts and dehydrates so it is useful beyond just the frying.

Being able to fry without oil is a big benefit and it can also dehydrate and roast.
