Another cold and windy day on the east coast

That's okay though because I have no plans to go out. Going to stay inside where it is nice and warm and enjoy my last day of the weekend. I don't have any plans for today besides a whole lot of relaxing and doing nothing. 
I will put the jambalaya in the slow cooker in a bit and let that cook away all day.
Anybody else cooking anything in the slow cooker today?

The sun is shining here. But, we are expecting a snowstorm come Tuesday.
I am putting a venison stew on the stove when we get back from Urgent Care. Little Miss said her ear hurts. She has had a cold for over 2 weeks now. I fear it may be turning into a sinus infection.

@Happy2BeMe she wasn't running a temperature so I decided to wait it out to see if she gets better on her own. Thankful she isn't running a temp. I started her on loratadine and hoping that will help her with some of the nasal drainage.

No crockpot cooking for me today but tomorrow I'll be making something in my slow cooker. I use mine at least a few times a week.

@Happy2BeMe Not anymore. Hubs didn't want me to cook, so he picked up dinner. Perhaps he heard me grumbling and mumbling

Its a typical February day here, not overly cold or windy or mild.
I think that it will be a good day for staying in and resting.
I don't have plans for the slow cooker for this weekend, but next weekend I do.
Since its Family Day Weekend, we will be going down to our son's place.
They aren't real meal planners, but I am, so I'll bring my slow cooker and do some chicken quarters in it for supper. And then I'll figure something else out to bring along with it.
