Have you ever heard of subliminal messages? Subliminals are audios with music that has positive affirmations embedded into it. You shouldn't be able to hear the affirmations, because they are so low they can't be picked up by our concious mind. The reason for that is because the affirmations need to bypass your concious mind and reach your subconscious. The content of the said affirmations can change anything you'd like, be it your hair colour or attracting a crush. What do you think about them? Do you think they are really changing us? I've struggled with bad acne last year and I started to listen to them and surprisingly they did work! My face cleared so much and I gain a lot of confidence.
