It's very difficult to be very self aware without feedback from others.So,feedback from others informs us in ways that enriches our self knowledge.Feedback or 'open communication' is very welcome for me!

Absolutely feedback is important. Sometimes we are too close to something to see it ourselves. Or at times we see things differently than others.

Constructive feedback can be very useful when sought out. Critical opinions no. It can be good to listen to another point of view before making a decision. The person might have some personal knowledge or perspective on a subject which could help.

I really like feedback a lot not only when I'm on mylot but on most of the things I do because it allows me to correct myself at least and moreover when I get feedbacks here on mylot I always feel loved

I like positive feedback, as in, "here's what you need to improve, and here's what you're doing right." I nearly quit my job because my boss wasn't doing that.
